Each doctor’s surgery times can be found by clicking here.

It is sometimes necessary to get a locum to cover doctors or nurses when they are involved in administration, training or other matters.

All surgeries are run on an appointments system and appointments can be made by telephoning, calling into the centre or online. Telephone calls may be recorded for training purposes.

Appointments with doctors are 10 minutes long.

Requests by patients for non-urgent appointments to see a particular clinician on specific times/days are constrained by the requirements imposed upon clinicians to achieve centrally governed access targets, whilst offering appointments of safe and acceptable length.

Children will always be seen on the same day if necessary. Adults who feel they need to be seen urgently are asked to understand that the receptionist will need to ask them some questions in order to plan effectively. While you may have to wait, unavoidably, for your “own” doctor, we stress that consultation with a doctor is always available for urgencies.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
