Community Midwives

The midwives offer choices regarding types of antenatal care and choices as to the place of confinement (baby’s birth). They provide full care in the community and in the birth centre at Hope Hospital before, during and after pregnancy. They are currently GP-attached and can be contacted initially through your GP. Messages can always be left on 206 5264 (Salford Birth Centre), in which case it is useful to leave the name of your GP.
